Our initial health consultation is a personalized session focused on the LEAN (Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, Nutrition) principles, designed to guide you on your journey to optimal health and well-being. This one-on-one meeting, lasting about 60 minutes, is a safe and supportive space where we explore your unique health needs and goals.
Key Components of the LEAN Consultation
Lifestyle Assessment: We begin by understanding your daily habits, including sleep, work-life balance, and relaxation practices. This holistic view of your lifestyle helps us identify areas for improvement and tailor strategies that fit into your daily routine.
Exercise Planning: We discuss your current physical activity level and preferences. Our focus is on suggesting enjoyable and sustainable forms of exercise that align with your fitness goals and lifestyle, rather than prescribing any specific physical regimen.
Attitude Evaluation: Your mindset plays a critical role in your health journey. We explore your attitudes and beliefs about health and wellness, helping you cultivate a positive and proactive mindset towards lifestyle changes.
Nutrition Guidance: We’ll discuss your dietary habits to understand your nutritional intake and preferences. Our role is to provide general guidance on balanced eating and making healthier food choices, not to prescribe diets or offer clinical nutrition advice.
After the Consultation:
- Action Plan Development:Based on our discussion, we'll collaborate to develop an action plan. This plan will focus on practical steps you can take in the areas of lifestyle, exercise, attitude, and nutrition to move towards your health goals.
